Mobile Max Tax has a no refund/ no return policy, which means that all services are non-refundable after services are rendered.

Please note that Mobile Max Tax, LLC is a service-based company and is not obligated to provide monetary refunds under any circumstance after services are rendered.

We determine if accommodations are acceptable based on the services provided, and will communicate further instructions on if and/or how accommodations are provided. Communication sent to us without first consulting with our owner for review will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on service-based products.
